He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fisher and Naomi Schul Fisher; his wife Lois Jane Fisher (Smith); and his son Jeffrey Eugene Fisher of New Carlisle. He is survived by: his daughter Mary Frances Cahill (William) of Glendale; and his grandchildren, Liam Eugene Cahill and Fiona Mabel Cahill.
