He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Gingerich and Ella M. Gingerich (Colwell); and his daughter Tracy Cooke. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa L. Haddix (Richard Stein); his sister Joyce McCullom (Walter); his grandchildren, Samantha Hoffman (Sarah), Kyle French (Hayley) and Jonathan Cooke; and his great grandchild Landon Hoffman.
