He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara McIntosh (Back); and his grandson Zane Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Gloria McIntosh (Knake); his children, Erin Arnold (Paul) and Joe McIntosh (Jen); his grandson Jace McIntosh; his father Henry Winton McIntosh; and his siblings, Rita Blizzard (Mike), Ray McIntosh (Beth) and Dan McIntosh (Joni). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home (3805 Roosevelt Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at the Fairmound Cemetery.
