She is survived by: her children, Pennie Blevins and Jim Thomas; her grandchildren, Meleah Oakley, Melissa Bertram (Anthony), Casie Blevins, Garret Blevins and Keifer Thomas (Allison); and her great grandchildren, SJ Pytosh, Collins Pytosh, Jesse Thomas and Daisy Thomas.
