We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2022, at the age of 79, Gerald L. Velde of Middletown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Velde and Helen Velde (Robinson); his brothers, Ronald and Tommy Velde; and his daughter Krista Tibbs.

He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Mobley, Janet Murphy (Randy), Joseph (Mae) and David Velde (Diane); his grandchildren, James, Jacob, Abigail and Isaac; and his great grandchild Rose Blankenship. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
