He is survived by: his wife Wilda Jean Spencer of Middletown, Ohio; his daughters, Glenna Kay Fox of Campton and Cynthia Lee Hissett (Richard) of Jeffersonville, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Shawn Fox, Brandi Fox (Dave), Elizabeth Bratcher (Ray), Richard Hissett and Josh Hissett. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
