She was predeceased by : her husband Samuel "Earl" Cox. She is survived by : her grandchildren, Sam Hollenbaugh (Katy), Alisha Davis (Dave Cross), Danielle Pieratt and Ashley Pieratt (Wesley); her nieces, Susan Stettler (James) and Shannon Gardner (Charles); her nephew Bryan Beckett; her close friend Vicki Jo Boyer; and her caregivers, Crystal Littlefield and Olliea Sanders. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
