She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Fugate and Lulu Belle Fugate (Griggs); her husband Porter Ray Fultz; her sons, Fred Garfield Fultz, Jonathan Fultz and Daniel Fultz; her son-in-law Oscar Reynolds; her grandsons, David Reynolds, Lowell Reynolds and Daniel Fultz II; and her sister June Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Fultz (Dona) of New Richmond, OH and Kathy Reynolds of Rising Sun, IN; and her sister Sandra Fugate. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
