Lewis of Middletown, Ohio, born in Sandy Hook, Kentucky, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Denny P. Wagoner and Beadie Mae Wagoner (Winkleman); her husband Willie Lewis; and her brothers, Charles Kendell, Sherman and Earl.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Leis, Linda Whitt and Ronnie Lewis. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
