He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Tirey and Annalee Tirey (Morrison); his wife Carrie Tirey (Pennington); and his siblings, Bob, Bill Tirey, Gurtice Schaeffer, Mildred Mahring and Shirley Dillard.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Tirey, Becky Cornella (Chris) and Marc Tirey (Kathy); his grandchildren, Adam Tirey, Brian Tirey (Sarah), Katie Shape (Colt), Joe Cornella and Sarah Cornella; and his great grandchildren, Sierra, Sydney, Ellen, Hazel, Lucy, Izzy, Chloe and Richard. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
