He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fishbaugh and Antoinette Fishbaugh; his wife Callie Fishbaugh (Pelfrey); his brothers, Clarence Fishbaugh (Ann), Bill Fishbaugh (Marguerite) and John Fishbaugh (Virginia); and his stepgrandson Samuel Wilhelm.
He is survived by: his stepson Mike Plumbo (Glenda); his grandchildren, Angela, Steven, Betsy, Tyler and Morgan Plumbo; his stepgrandchildren, Dan Wilhelm (Emily) and Ashley Adkins (Casey); his stepson Mark Plumbo (Elaine); his stepgrandchildren, Tina Overbey and Ryan Millsap; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kyle Kilgour and Lauren Leibrock. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mary H. Kittridge Chapel at Mt. Pleasant (225 Britton Ln, Monroe, OH 45050). A prayer will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mary H. Kittredge Chapel at Ohio Living Mt. Pleasant (225 Britton Ln, Monroe, OH 45050).
