It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack O. Rothwell of Middletown, Ohio, born in West Carrollton, Ohio, who passed away on January 16, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Rothwell and Neoma Rothwell (Coatney); his siblings, Lonnie, Sam and Dottie; and his close friend Steve "Woody" Williamson.

He is survived by: his wife Melody Rothwell (Smith); his children, Angela Blaine (Ross), James Rothwell, Hawn Rothwell and Randy Vicroy; and his sister Judy Dowds. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
