He was predeceased by: his son Todd Sticklen. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sticklen; his children, Michael Sticklen (Pamela) and Julie Briones (Ruben); and his sister-in-law Becky Sticklen.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to a charity of one's choice.
