He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Conrad and Marie Conrad (Smith); his wife Lois Jeanie Conrad (Lindsay); his son Jon Conrad; and his siblings, Rita Conrad and Joseph Conrad.

He is survived by: his children, Mike Conrad (Anne), Tom Conrad (Sarah), Karen Crowe (David) and Susan Myers (Tom); and his grandchildren, Heather Conrad, Martha Gavin, Nick Conrad, Will Conrad, Sam Livingston, Katie Myers, Ben Conrad, Rachel Livingston, Jacob Myers, Phil Myers, Tom Dalid (Cindy) and Reno Dalid. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Parish, 201 Clark St. Middletown, Oh 45042.

“Coonie and I have had so many good times at the Indian Lake that I would have trouble picking a favorite! I know every time we would get together at the lake for the last few years Coonie would tell me Joe tell everybody about this time of that time from the past and I would tell it and we would laugh about it just like it it.happened the other day. I would also do the same to him! He always called me Mr. Coonie, as most people called him was one special character and I could never forget him.”
