He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Turner and Stella Turner (Stidham); his wife Etta Turner; his granddaughter Brittany Nicole; and his daughter-in-law Heidi Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Kemplin (Perry) and Jim Turner; his grandchildren, Cory Kemplin, Casey Kemplin, Courtney Turner and Emily Turner; and his brother Terry Duane Turner.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Baker Stevens Parramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005).
