He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Artie (Debbie), Angelic (Tommy), Tamara and Jonathan; his grandchildren, Gunner, Noble, Zoe, Elizabeth, Erica, Megan, Rodney, Brittany, Lily, Madison, Carmine, Isaiah and Jamie Jr.; his great grandchildren, Ava, Trey, Raelyn, Jackson, Brenton, Paxton and Ezra; and his siblings, Pearl, Ardella, Wanda, Janice, Helen (Odell) and Joyce. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home (517 S Sutphin St, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
