With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Leroy Mize Sr. of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on November 12, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulma Mize and Gertrude Mize (Pergram); his former wife Lou Culbertson Mize; his son Jesse; his sisters, Sharon and Phyllis; and his close friend Connie Shockey.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Bush (Jerry), James L. Mize, Jr. and Janine (Darrell); and his brother Randall Mize (Cindy). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.
