He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Chaffins Sr. (Julie) and Marlene Walsh (Schiering); his children, Carleigh and Gavin Chaffins; his sister Tara Barker (Jason); his niece Payton Barker; and his nephew Jackson Barker. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
