She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Young and Virginia Young (Butler); her brother Ric Young; and her former husband Robert Piersall. She is survived by: her husband Keith Sommers; her daughters, Claudia Watkins (Marty) and Paula Trent (Wes); her grandchildren, April Trent, Brittany Morton (James), Martin Watkins (Meg), Luke Watkins (Jessie), Ben Watkins (Sarah) and Jon Watkins (Moriah); her great grandchildren, Maddox, Ivy, Pearl, Greenlie, Leland, Judah, Morgan, Ruby, Aeris, Jameson, Henry and Arthur; and her pet Cupcake.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Trenton Gracepointe Church of the Nazarene (220 N Miami St, Trenton, OH 45067). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
