With sadness, we share the passing of Joan Downs (Middletown, Ohio). Joan, born on September 10, 1948, passed away on July 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Judy Polleys; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Polleys and Wanda Caudill. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Downs (Betsy) and Lori Hacker (Brian); her grandchildren, Courtney Niles (Matthew), Jadin Downs (Trey), Tanner Hacker (Justice), Conner Hacker (Helena), Emille Downs and Emery Hacker; and her siblings, Annette Murphy (Sonny) and Robert Caudill. She is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made out to Ronald McDonald House in loving memory of Joan.
