He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Williams and Loretta Williams Sr. (Watkins); his son John Williams Jr.; and his sisters, Henrietta Norvell, Delores Williams and Sonya Rose.
He is survived by: his children, Amber Williams, Michael Proctor, Christina Williams, Shawna Williams and Randy Cramer; his stepson Chris Proctor; and his siblings, Marsha Eustache, Warren, Rickey and Tommie Williams. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
