He is survived by: his children, Stephen West (Cindy) of Hamilton and Kelley Herrera of Franklin; and his siblings, Dale West (Sue) of Greene, NY, Vera West and Sandy Moore of Middletown, Ohio.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
