He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Spicer (Newkirk); his children, Steve Spicer (Debra), Howard Spicer (Sheri), Joi Myers (Jim), Cona Rose (Brian), Vicki Drummond and Donna Spicer; and his siblings, David Spicer (Billie Jo) and Jeannie Jordan (John). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
