He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard and Pauline Kramer (Sorrell) of Middletown; and his brothers, John H. Kramer Jr. of Middletown and Gerald Kramer of Trenton, Ohio.. He is survived by: his children, Shelley McDaniel (John), Monroe, Kimberly Kramer (Tim Davish), Mark Kramer (Dawn Thompson), Carlisle and Leslie Moore.
