He is survived by: his sisters, Tisha Williams, Lisa Spivey (Robinson) and Katie Spivey (Mosley); his children, Joseph D. Downey and Haileigh Bowling; and his nieces and nephews, Phillip Williams, Gage Williams, Alijah Mobley, Kyler Hogsten, Savannah Williams, Olivia Williams, Morgan Warmoth, Parris Bush, Jasmine Jackson, Alia Jackson and Sierra Kelly. He is also survived by many other family members & friends.
