She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosie Lewis (Blevins) and Arthur Lewis; her husband Fred M. Vinson Gibbs; her siblings, Charles, Willie, Zules, George Lewis, Dorothy Lewis and Maudie Watkins; and her son-in-law Gary Rose.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Gibbs (Brenda), Rick Gibbs (Pam) and Deb Rose; and her sisters, Carmie Watkins, Bertie Handy, Belvie "Bev" McQuinn and Barbara Hendershot (Gary). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 48 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family members, and many friends.
