She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Myers and Jayne Myers (Cockerham); and her brother Josh Myers. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Holthaus; her children, Natile Hartman, Gregory Hartman and Bryce Holthaus; her aunt Gale Kibler (Larry); her uncle Mark Cockerham; and her grandson Braxton.
