He was predeceased by: his parents, Lummie Bailey and Rosella Bailey (Phillips); his wife Dolly M. Bailey; and his daughter Melanie A. Bailey. He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki S. O'Daniel, Cindy S. Tuttle (Doug) and Christa M. Buchanan (Chuck); and his grandchildren, Shannon, Tara, Ryan, Raynor, Brandy, Joshua, Justin, Bryant and Bradley. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
