He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Harp and Victoria Harp (Leichty); his sister Elaine Eversole (Harp); and his nephew Michael Evans. He is survived by: his wife Judy Harp (Woods); his children, Holly Ford, Noelle Simpson (Webb) and Lance Harp; his stepchildren, Kimberly Ernst (Dave) and Mitchell Preston; his grandchildren, Dave Ernst (Katie), Blake Ford, Erin Harman (Scott), Olivia Ford, Quincy Simpson and Campbell Simpson; his nephew Chris Evans (Penny); and his niece Elizabeth Fryer (Mark). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral Home (1357 E 2nd St, Franklin, OH 45005). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
