He is survived by: his wife Iver Howell; his son Jeffery Lawrence Howell (Stephanie); his granddaughters, Tatum (Kirk), Sydney (Antonio) and Camryn; his great grandchildren, Lauren, Langston and Elliott; and his sisters, Lynda Jordan and Jennifer Luke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
