She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Deaton and Hettie Deaton (Walker); and her son Scott Hensley. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Hensley; her son Stanley Lewis of Middletown; her sister Mary Rose Maggard (Emma Lou Lentz) of Kentucky; her niece Beth Ann Hollon (Makesha DeLong) of Middletown; and her nephew Eddie Dean Maggard of Hamilton.
