We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2023, at the age of 86, Layne E. Manns of Middletown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Manns and Viola Manns (Peck); his son Timothy Manns; and his brother Fred Manns. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his siblings, Larry Manns, Joyce Manns and Diane Oliver; and his niece Lisa. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
