She is survived by: her husband Arliss Tibbs; her daughter Sandra D. Tibbs (James Miller); her grandchildren, Justin S. Fall, Jessica L. Fall and Rachel Rossi; her great grandchildren, Lilly and Hunter Rossi; and her siblings, Carolyn Powell, Brenda Smyth and Lloyd Thomas Powell. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Breitenbach-Anderson Funeral Home (517 S Sutphin St, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
