It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis R. Cales of Middletown, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Odessa M. Cales (Martin). He is survived by: his father Louis M. Cales; his wife Lois Cales (Kelhoffer); his children, Heather VanderRoest (Matt), Sam Fisher (Daryl), Amber Wenzel (Jason), Brooke Carter (Justin), Ashley Cales and Louis "Bud" Cales II (Christine); his sisters, Linda "Cookie" Ebright and Vicki Kelsey (Bill); his niece Lori Pedroncelli; and his grandchildren, Brandon VanderRoest, Justin VanderRoest, Meagan VanderRoest, Tyler Scott Fisher, Jared Fisher, Jason Tyler Wenzel, Kyle Wenzel, Brynnan Abney, Rhylanne Cales, Mason Carter, Miles Carter, Delilah Cales, Josh Cales, Miranda Cales and Eli Cales.
