She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Garcia Galera III of Spain and Kathleen Gaynette Porter of Brewster, VA.; her husband Kenneth Bell; her siblings, Antonio "Buddy" Garcia, Alfred Clinton Garcia, Dolores "Lola" Crawford and Janice Randall; and her stepfather Sidney Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynne Bell; her grandson Noah Elsaesser; and her brother-in-law Richard Randall. She is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home (517 S Sutphin St, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
