We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Marie D. Slezak of Middletown, Ohio, born in Hamilton, Ohio. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Marie D. Slezak to show support.

She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Slezak; her mother Verna Dishon; her grandparents, Nora and Grant Smith; her siblings, Red Dishon and Virginia Loper; her granddaughter Tawny; and her great grandchild Lloyd.

She is survived by: her children, Paula Mehl (Tom), Sandra Slezak, David Slezak (Elaine), Thomas Slezak and Mark Slezak; and her sister-in-law Vilma Erb. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.

Masks and social distancing are required for all who attend.
