He is survived by: his parents, Irvine Jr. McIntosh and Dorothy McIntosh (Barrett); his siblings, Steve McIntosh (Jeanette) and Donna Harville (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn Hunteman (Kyle), Chelsi Dempsey (Ryan), Cody Harville, Jessica Rautio (Richard) and Ashlee Harville; his great-niece Dottie Dempsey; his aunt Betty Barrett; and his close friends, Lisa Hamblin Bray and Joanna LeMaster McIntosh.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, Southwest Ohio Chapter, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, Virginia 22116-7023.
