We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2024, at the age of 96, Mary Cecil of Middletown, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Owen Warford and Mary Warford (Nicholson); her husband James Henry Cecil Jr.; her grandson Christopher Hicks; and her sisters, Helen Gray and Charlene Cook.

She is survived by : her daughters, Patricia Eckstein (Tony), Pamela Duckett (Norman) and Emily "Shelly" Midkiff (Roger); her grandchildren, Jason Hicks (Kim), Gary Hicks (Dawn), Craig Eckstein (Lindsey), Neal Midkiff (Liz), Jamie Garrett (Robert), Jennifer Midkiff and Jackie Midkiff; her sister Donna Davin (Tom); and her sister-in-law Nettie Delk. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, numerous other family members and friends.
