She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Phillips and Emma Susan Phillips (Baker); her husband Ancile Evick; and her siblings, Helen, Vivian, Louis, Ernest and Kenneth.
She is survived by: her children, John Richard Evick (Lydia), Douglas Ward Evick (Vicki), Robert Alan Evick (Terri) and Janet Kay Hogan (David); and her grandchildren, Heather (Chris), Brandon (Elizabeth), Robbie, Jacob (Bridgette), Tyler, Kassie (Nathanael), Micah (Gabby), Karis (Bryan), Brianna, Maddie (Jake) and Kaylah. She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Mission Board at Breiel Boulevard Church of God, 2000 N. Breiel Boulevard, Middletown, Ohio 45042.
