He was predeceased by: his parents, David Blanton and Carol Blanton (Wise); and his brothers, Paul Wise and Davey Blanton. He is survived by: his wife Karen Blanton; his children, Janet Burton (Chris Southerland), Jordan Powell, Brianna Blanton and Corey Blanton (Diamond); his grandchildren, Hailey, Tyler, Gavin, Brycen and Gracelynn; and his siblings, Wes Wise, Dewey Blanton and Beth Fulton (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
