He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. Croake and Patricia L. Croake (Mehl); and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Rob Croake of Kansas City and Dr. Tricia Croake of Lebanon, OH.; his grandchildren, Lauren, Cameron, Samantha, Connor, Zachary, Maxwell and Kennedy; his sister Candy Heffner (Jeff); his sister-in-law Carol Croake; his nephew Daniel Croake; and his stepsons, Dean and Kyle Brandon. He is also survived by step-grandchildren; and numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Ohio's Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties, 5940 Long Meadow Dr., Franklin, OH 45005.
