He is survived by: his mother Nancy Kelley (McIntosh); his aunt Shirley McIntosh; his cousins, Michelle McIntosh and Annette Bair; and his close friends, Tony, Fay Murray and Jim Parker. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

“Dear Nancy, I was so sad to see the notice that Mike has passed. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. He seems so young to pass. When I saw and visited with him when Mervin was undergoing surgery Mike seemed so vigorous and talkative. He waited at the hospital with me while Mervin was having surgery. I pray that he did not have to suffer and he is now in the warm and loving arms of Jesus. You certainly have my sincerest sympathy. God bless you and your family. Love, Edith”
