She was predeceased by: her parent Betty Neal. She is survived by: her children, Richard Powell and Lisa Murphy (Bill); her grandson Dalton Powell (Ally); her great grandchild Jack Powell; and her siblings, Pat Muncy (Gene) and Larry Neal (Josie).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the The Moose Middletown (3009 S Main St, Middletown, OH 45044).
