It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy S. Burnett of Middletown, Ohio, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on March 7, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Martin and Ella Mae Martin (Scott); her husband Thomas Burnett; her son Thomas Burnett, Jr.; and her sisters, Joann Jelinek and Patricia Robinson.

She is survived by: her children, Becky Ponder (Terry) and Jon Burnett. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
