She was predeceased by: her parents, Zion Reynolds and Delphia Reynolds (Blackburn); her husband Junior Patrick; her daughters, Lorette Reeves and Linda Easterling; and her siblings, Gladys Kelhoffer and Louie Reynolds.
She is survived by: her children, Judith McIntosh (Stanley), William Patrick (April), Bobby Patrick (Mechelle) and Timothy Bryant (Tonya); and her brothers, Glenn Reynolds (Sue), Jerry Reynolds (Kathy), Curt Reynolds (Shelley) and Raymond Reynolds (Denise). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchild, and four great-great grandchildren.
