She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ott and Dorothy Ott; her brothers, Edward Charles and Gerald Lee Ott; and her sister-in-law Janice Ott.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Pati Smith, Amber Johnson (Robert), Pam Ott, Sharyl Wilbur and Steve Ott (Nancy); her great-niece Kaitlyn Smith; her great-nephew Stephen Smith; Russell Ott.
Memorial contributions in Natalie's honor can be gifted to Hospice of Middletown.
