We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2023, at the age of 34, Neal Stivers of Middletown, Ohio, born in Hillsboro, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Neal Stivers to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard Nave, Howard Stivers, Jerry Lowe, Rheta Lowe and Marty Stivers; and his uncle Scott Lowe.
He is survived by: his mother Karen Nave-Kretzer of Middletown; his sister Allison Stivers of Middletown; his grandmothers, Paulette Blakley of Hillsboro and Pam Lawrence of Illinois; his uncle Mark Nave (Sandy) of Hillsboro; and his aunts, Susan Hauke (Jamie) of Sardinia, Krista Reed of Hillsboro, Jerri Meeks (Jim) of Cincinnati and Nikki Lowe of Greenfield. He is also survived by several great aunts and uncles as well as his cousins and a host of friends.
