She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Milburn and Pearl Milburn (Wells); her spouse Dr. Linden Meece; her son David Pugh; and her former life partner Leslie Pugh.

She is survived by : her grandchildren, Davy Pugh and Rianna Robinson; her great grandchildren, Alexandria, Octavia and Ariana; and her sister-in-law Annie Milburn. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home (3805 Roosevelt Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Christ United Methodist Church, 700 S. Marshall Rd., Middletown, Ohio 45044.
