He is survived by: his children, Deborah Lynne Fritts (John) of Franklin, James Douglas (Margaret) of Columbus and Daniel Alan of Franklin, Ohio.; his siblings, Helen Fugate of Chicago, Illinois and Thomas Haddix of Lost Creek, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Meredith Haddix (Alex Wood) of Los Angeles, California, Jeffrey Fritts of Franklin, Ohio, Connor Haddix of Park City, Utah and Austin Haddix of Franklin, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
