We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2022, at the age of 96, Owen Cope of Middletown, Ohio, born in Frenchburg, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Owen Cope to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Cope and Eunice Gose Cope; his siblings, Forrest Ray Cope, Charles Henry Cope and Eunice Meryl Cope Benson; and his brothers-in-law, George Benson and Everett Donaldson.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Williams Cope of Middletown, OH; his children, Susan Rose (Greg) of LaGrange, KY, Michelle Spitler (Dale) of West Alexandria, OH, Jane Wisman (Cary) of Prospect, KY and John Cope (Stephanie) of Covington, KY; his sister Temple Cope Donaldson of Mt. Sterling, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Edgar Williams of Frenchburg, KY and Wilma Egelston Cope of Winchester, KY. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Luke Presbyterian United Church, 280 N Breiel Boulevard, Middletown, OH, 45042.
